Main Ingredients
  • 100g Hanwoo tenderloin
  • 50g Zucchini
  • 30g Carrot
  • 20g Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baby soy sauce
  • A little cooking oil (for greasing the pan)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, place the 100g of Hanwoo tenderloin in a food processor (chopper) and grind it until it becomes sticky and cohesive. Finely chop the prepared zucchini, carrot, and onion into appropriate sizes and add them to the food processor with the tenderloin. Grinding the vegetables as finely as possible will make them easier for your baby to eat and integrate well with the meat.

Step 2

Transfer the finely ground beef and chopped vegetables to a clean bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of rice flour and 1 tablespoon of baby soy sauce, then mix to ensure the ingredients are evenly combined.

Step 3

Mix the prepared ingredients by kneading them with your hands until the mixture becomes firm and develops a sticky texture. Thoroughly mixing until the dough is cohesive is crucial. This step ensures the patties hold their shape well during cooking and have a pleasant texture.

Step 4

Divide the dough into bite-sized portions suitable for your baby. Shape them into small, flat rounds. Following this recipe should yield about 10 patties, which can be divided into 2 per serving for 5 meals. Adjust the size according to your baby’s age and eating capacity.

Step 5

Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add a very small amount of cooking oil. Place the shaped galbi patties in the pan. Cook them, flipping occasionally, until they are golden brown and not burnt. It’s important to cook them slowly to ensure they are fully cooked through. Let the cooked patties cool slightly before serving to your baby.
