Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 packets of seasoned rice ball mix
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 bowls of cooked rice (approx. 400g)
- A pinch of parsley flakes (for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine 2 bowls of warm cooked rice, 2 packets of the seasoned rice ball mix, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Gently mix everything together using a spatula or spoon, being careful not to mash the rice grains. Ensure the seasoning mix is evenly distributed throughout the rice for the best flavor.
Step 2
Lay out 8 slices of bacon. Place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each piece of bacon. This combination promises a delightful salty and cheesy flavor profile.

Take a portion of the seasoned rice (about the size of a small snowball) and gently shape it into a compact ball or oval in your hands. Place this rice ball onto the cheese-covered bacon, centering it.
