Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly under running water. Slice them thinly into about 0.5 cm thick pieces, and then cut them into matchsticks of similar thickness. Avoid slicing them too thinly, as they might break apart during cooking.

Rinse the julienned potatoes in cold water once or twice to remove excess starch. This step helps prevent the potatoes from sticking together and ensures a fluffier texture when cooked.
