- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 200ml unsweetened soy milk

Start by preparing half an avocado. Remove the pit and skin, then dice it into approximately 1-2 cm cubes. Add the diced avocado to your blender.

Next, peel one ripe banana and break or cut it into about 3-4 cm pieces. Add the banana to the blender with the avocado. For an even colder and thicker smoothie, you can use a frozen banana.
