Main Ingredients- 1/4 onion (small size)
- 1/2 bunch wild chives (prepared)
Seasoning Ingredients- 4 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (crushed for better flavor)
- 4 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (crushed for better flavor)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the wild chives thoroughly and pat them dry. Chop them into approximately 0.5cm lengths. Peel and finely mince the onion. Place the chopped wild chives and minced onion into a bowl for making the sauce.
