Step 1

First, prepare the sausages by slicing them into bite-sized pieces. You can make diagonal cuts or round slices, according to your preference. Get creative with the shapes!

To remove any impurities and excess oil, blanch the sliced sausages in boiling water for a moment. This step ensures a cleaner taste. After blanching, drain them thoroughly.

Next, prepare your vegetables. Slice the onion thinly. For the bell pepper and carrot, remove the seeds and cut them into thin, bite-sized pieces. Cutting all vegetables to a similar size helps them cook evenly.
