Ingredients
  • 1 pack (500ml) store-bought beef bone broth (Sogol Gomtang)
  • 1 packet of your favorite instant ramen noodles
  • 1 section (approx. 10cm) of green onion (scallion), white part
  • 8 slices of thinly sliced beef brisket

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, pour the 500ml of store-bought beef bone broth into a pot. Begin to heat it up and bring it to a simmer. This step is about allowing the rich flavor of the bone broth to develop.

Step 2

Wash and thinly slice one section of green onion, focusing on the white part. Slicing the white part of the green onion will add a subtle sweetness and refreshing aroma to the broth, enhancing the ramen’s overall flavor.

Step 3

Once the beef bone broth is simmering, add the ramen seasoning packet and the noodles. Tip: To avoid an overly salty broth, it’s best to add only about 2/3 of the seasoning packet initially. You can taste and add more later if needed. This ensures a perfectly balanced flavor.

Step 4

Now, add the 8 slices of beef brisket to the pot to enrich the ramen’s flavor. Beef brisket is very thin, so it will cook quickly. Let it simmer in the broth to release its savory essence.

Step 5

Gently stir the noodles with chopsticks to separate them as they cook. Once the noodles are tender and slightly loosened, add the pre-sliced green onions generously. After adding the green onions, continue to cook for just about 1 minute to prevent the noodles from becoming mushy, then immediately turn off the heat. Be careful not to overcook, as high heat for too long can make the noodles gummy!

Step 6

Your Beef Brisket and Bone Broth Ramen is now complete! It boasts a rich, deep bone broth and the savory flavor of beef brisket, creating a truly delightful combination. Enjoy this hearty and delicious ramen!
