  • 1/6 of a medium watermelon
  • 3-4 Tbsp Jeju lemon syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2/3 bottle (approx. 450ml) of sparkling water, chilled
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, wash the watermelon thoroughly. Then, cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop can help you create perfectly round, appealing spheres.

Step 2

Place all the cut watermelon pieces into a large, deep bowl. If the watermelon itself isn’t as sweet as you’d like, you can optionally add about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar or agave syrup and gently mix it in. This can help enhance the watermelon’s natural sweetness. (Optional step)
