Main Ingredients
- 4-6 slices of bread (to your preference)
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 scallion, finely chopped
- 2 sausages, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic

- 3 pinches of salt

Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add the finely chopped scallions and 3 pinches of salt. Whisk well to create the egg mixture. Heat 1 Tbsp of butter in a greased pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture. Once the egg mixture begins to set, lay the sliced sausages on top. Gently fold the egg mixture over the sausages to enclose them. Cook until golden brown on both sides for a tender egg and sausage patty.
Step 3
In the same pan, melt the remaining 1 Tbsp of butter over low heat. Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in 2 Tbsp of sugar and cook together to create a sweet garlic butter sauce.
