First, thoroughly wash the lotus root, burdock root, carrot, potato, onion, green bell pepper, and green onion you have prepared. Then, cut them into bite-sized pieces (about 2-3 cm), suitable for each vegetable’s texture. Prepare the whole garlic cloves as well.
