- 0.5 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 Tbsp Tuna extract (or fish sauce)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- A little Honey mustard sauce
- A little Mayonnaise
- A little Sriracha sauce
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat. Add the finely chopped LA Galbi and the pre-stir-fried Chwinamul. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the LA Galbi is golden brown and cooked through. (For Chwinamul, you can refer to recipe @7022137, and for LA Galbi, recipe @7011732.)
Step 2
Once the meat and vegetables are well sautéed, add 2 bowls of cold cooked rice to the pan. Use a spatula to break up any clumps of rice and stir-fry until the ingredients are well combined. It’s important to gently break up the rice so it doesn’t clump. Next, add 0.5 tablespoon of soy sauce and 0.5 tablespoon of tuna extract, and continue stir-frying until the flavors are evenly distributed.
Step 3
When the rice grains are stir-fried until fluffy and all ingredients are uniformly mixed, add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and stir once more to combine thoroughly. The fragrant sesame seeds will further enhance the delicious aroma of the fried rice.
Step 4
Now, drizzle honey mustard sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce over the fried rice according to your preference. The combination of sweet and tangy, creamy, and spicy flavors from each sauce will create a symphony of diverse tastes. You can gently mix them in or serve them on the side.
