Ingredients
- 10 frozen strawberries
- 3 tablespoons yogurt powder
- 2 paper cups of milk (approx. 400ml)
- 8 ice cubes
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the milk, which will be the base of your smoothie. This recipe makes two servings, so we’ll need 2 cups of milk.
Step 2
Measure out 2 full paper cups of milk, which is approximately 400ml. You can also use a measuring cup if you prefer.
Step 3
For the key to its sweet and tangy flavor, prepare about 10 strawberries. Nowadays, supermarkets offer a variety of frozen fruits like blueberries, mangoes, and avocados, making them very versatile. If you’re making a strawberry yogurt smoothie, use frozen strawberries. However, feel free to substitute with your favorite frozen fruit to create your own unique smoothie!
Step 4
For an even fresher and more intense strawberry flavor, we recommend using fresh strawberries that you’ve washed, prepared, and frozen yourself, instead of store-bought frozen ones! This homemade frozen strawberry method captures the true, unadulterated taste of fresh strawberries, ensuring a more delicious and trustworthy smoothie. I used my own frozen strawberries for this recipe.
Step 5
Add 3 tablespoons of yogurt powder. Yogurt powder is essential for achieving that familiar and beloved yogurt taste and creamy texture in your smoothie.
Step 6
Lastly, add about 8 ice cubes to make it extra refreshing. Although the strawberries are already frozen and cold, adding ice will result in an even colder and more invigorating smoothie experience.
Step 7
Now, combine all the prepared ingredients in a blender. Blend until the ice and strawberries are completely smooth and pureed. The blending time may vary depending on the power of your blender, but usually, 10 to 20 seconds should be sufficient for a smooth consistency.
Step 8
Wow, look at that beautiful pink hue already forming in the blender! Your delicious strawberry yogurt smoothie, looking irresistible, is now ready!
