Tuna Crispy Rice Porridge Ingredients
- 1 pack Mujoo Cheonma 5-Grain Crispy Rice
- 1/2 can Tuna (drained)
- 400ml Water
- 50g Carrot (finely chopped)
- 50g Zucchini (finely chopped)
- 50g Onion (finely chopped)
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Cheonma Misutgaru Latte Ingredients
- 1 sachet Mujoo Cheonma 12-Grain Misutgaru
- 1 Instant Coffee Stick
- 1 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 5 Ice Cubes
- 200ml Milk
- 1 sachet Mujoo Cheonma 12-Grain Misutgaru
- 1 Instant Coffee Stick
- 1 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 5 Ice Cubes
- 200ml Milk
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pot over medium-low heat. Add the finely chopped carrots, zucchini, and onion. Sauté until the vegetables soften, which helps to bring out their natural sweetness and deepen the flavor.
Step 2
Once the vegetables are sautéed, add the drained 1/2 can of tuna and stir-fry briefly with the vegetables. Then, pour in 400ml of water and mix everything together.
Step 3
Now, add 1 pack of Mujoo Cheonma 5-Grain Crispy Rice to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally to help the crispy rice break down and dissolve into the liquid.
Step 4
Once the porridge starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until the crispy rice is fully softened and the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
Step 5
Season with a pinch of salt to taste. Turn off the heat, then stir in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds to finish. For an extra touch, you can garnish with shredded seaweed (gim)!
Step 6
To make the Cheonma Misutgaru Latte, combine 1 sachet of Mujoo Cheonma 12-Grain Misutgaru, 200ml of milk, and 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk in a cup. Whisk vigorously with a frother or spoon until smooth and lump-free.
Step 7
Fill another cup with 5 ice cubes. Pour the prepared misutgaru-milk mixture over the ice. Dissolve 1 instant coffee stick in a small amount of water and carefully pour it over the latte. Adjust the amount of coffee to your preference for a fragrant and healthy Cheonma Misutgaru Latte.
