Chia Banana Shake Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Chia Seed Hotcake Ingredients
  • 100g pancake mix
  • 70ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Hemp Seed Brunch Bowl Ingredients
  • 1 sausage
  • 2 strips bacon
  • Assorted salad greens
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • Your favorite dressing

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

【Making the Chia Banana Shake】
1. Take one frozen banana from your freezer. Place the frozen banana into a blender along with 1 cup of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

2. Secure the blender lid and blend until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. You can adjust the amount of honey to your preference, or omit it entirely. Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately.

1. In a bowl, combine 100g of pancake mix, 70ml of milk, and 1 egg. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps to create the batter. This is the standard way to make pancake batter.
