  • 1 pint sweet cherry tomatoes
  • 125g fresh mozzarella cheese (bocconcini or pearl size)
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 3-4 Tbsp aloe-flavored yogurt

Start by preparing the fresh, in-season sweet cherry tomatoes. Wash them thoroughly under cold water and remove the stems for a clean presentation.
