  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic (from 1 clove)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds to taste

First, prepare one block of silken tofu. Carefully open the tofu packaging. Gently invert it over a serving plate or bowl, allowing the tofu to slide out smoothly. It should release cleanly from its mold.

Rinse a handful of mixed sprouts thoroughly under cold running water. It’s important to drain them very well using a colander; excess water can dilute the dressing and make the dish less flavorful. Once drained, artfully arrange the fresh sprouts on top of the silken tofu.

Now, let’s whip up a delicious dressing! In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic (about 1 clove), 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar, 2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Whisk everything together until well blended.
