  • Oatmeal 120g
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 2 leaves of cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 6 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 80ml water
  • A pinch of parsley flakes

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Scramble the eggs until they are just cooked through. Aim for a soft, moist scramble, not overcooked.

Step 1

Step 2

Thinly slice the garlic. Dice the tomato, onion, and cabbage into small, bite-sized pieces. Add the prepared vegetables and the scrambled eggs to a frying pan. Sauté everything together until fragrant and the vegetables begin to soften.

Step 2

Step 3

Once the onions turn translucent and start to get golden brown, pour in 80ml of water and 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Step 3

Step 4

When the sauce is bubbling, add 120g of oatmeal. Reduce the heat to medium and stir continuously for about 5 minutes, allowing the oatmeal to absorb the sauce and become tender and creamy.

Step 4

Step 5

Transfer the warm Tomato Oatmeal Risotto to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of parsley flakes for a fresh garnish. Your delicious and healthy Tomato Oatmeal Risotto is ready to be enjoyed!
