- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi paste

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for the fried dish.

Make the pollock roe mayo sauce by combining 1 Tbsp pollack roe, 4 Tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tsp wasabi paste in a bowl. For the wasabi mayo sauce, mix 1 Tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp wasabi paste. (Tip: Adjust the ratio of pollack roe, mayonnaise, and wasabi to your taste for the best flavor.)

In a bowl, mix the frying powder and water to create a batter. Dip the whelks into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
