  • 3 Tbsp frying powder (tempura flour)
  • 6 Tbsp water
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 3 Tbsp seaweed flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Pollock Roe Mayo Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp pollack roe
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste

Wasabi Mayo Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste

Prepare all the ingredients for the fried dish.

Make the pollock roe mayo sauce by combining 1 Tbsp pollack roe, 4 Tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tsp wasabi paste in a bowl. For the wasabi mayo sauce, mix 1 Tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp wasabi paste. (Tip: Adjust the ratio of pollack roe, mayonnaise, and wasabi to your taste for the best flavor.)
