Sweet & Spicy Yangnyeom Chicken Sauce
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste), 1 Tbsp
  • Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes), 1/2 Tbsp
  • Ketchup, 1 Tbsp
  • Soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp
  • Minced garlic, 1 Tbsp
  • Oligodang (corn syrup), 2.5 Tbsp
  • Sugar, 1 Tbsp
  • Water, 1 Tbsp
  • Sesame seeds, a pinch

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare 400g of frozen nuggets. You can use them directly from frozen without thawing.

Step 2

Place the nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Arranging them without overlapping ensures they cook evenly and become crispy.

Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for about 20 minutes. The cooking time can be adjusted based on the nugget size and your air fryer’s specifications.

After 20 minutes, you’ll see perfectly golden and crispy nuggets! The savory aroma alone will make your mouth water.

Now, let’s prepare the vegetables for stir-frying. Lightly oil a frying pan and heat it over medium heat.
