Key Ingredients- Leftover Jokbal: Prepare an adequate amount as needed.
- Cooking Oil: 2 Tbsp (for the pan)
- Green Onion: 40g (about 1/2 stalk, sliced diagonally)
- Sesame Seeds: 1 Tbsp (for added nutty flavor)
- Garlic: 3 cloves (thinly sliced or minced)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thinly slice the garlic. You can also mince it finely if you prefer. Prepare about 40g of green onion and slice it diagonally into approximately 3-4cm lengths, ready to add a fragrant aroma.

Heat the frying pan over medium-low heat and add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil. Add the diagonally sliced green onions and slowly stir-fry them, being careful not to burn, until a gentle scallion oil aroma develops. This process infuses the oil with the sweet fragrance of the green onions, elevating the dish’s flavor.
