Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 1kg of boiled Petasites hybridus. While using freshly boiled petasites will yield the best flavor, using pre-boiled ones is a convenient option.

If the petasites stems are thick, split them in half lengthwise. This helps the seasoning penetrate better and makes them easier to eat.

Cut the prepared petasites into bite-sized pieces. Cutting them into manageable pieces ensures that even children can enjoy this dish comfortably.
