The weather is so wonderfully warm lately, making us want to head outdoors! Even if it’s not a full trip or outing, I took my toast and coffee to the yard for a little picnic. The climbing roses are starting to sprout new leaves, which is beautiful! I made two slices of ‘Drug Toast’, brewed some coffee, and carried it all out on a tray to enjoy in the garden. I’d seen ‘Drug Toast’ talked about so much on blogs, so I decided to try making it myself, and I truly understand the hype now! It’s incredibly satisfying. Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Slowly pour in 1 cup of neutral oil while using an immersion blender to blend until it becomes creamy and emulsified. This will create a smooth, homemade mayonnaise.
