Ingredients- 5 ripe Monkey Bananas
- 200ml Milk
- 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar (adjust to taste)

First, peel the 5 monkey bananas. Place the peeled bananas into a bowl. Add half a tablespoon of brown sugar. Brown sugar adds a subtle, deep sweetness compared to regular sugar. You can adjust the sugar amount based on how ripe your bananas are and your personal preference for sweetness.

Next, pour 200ml of milk over the bananas and sugar in the bowl. You can adjust the amount of milk slightly to achieve your desired consistency. For a richer, creamier taste, use a little less milk. If you prefer a smoother, smoothie-like texture, add a bit more milk.
