Here’s my unique Egg Drop Sandwich recipe, made using simple sauces from my fridge! I used thick, whole wheat bread, making it a satisfying meal. This sandwich is perfect for a hearty breakfast or a quick, delicious lunch.
Main Ingredients- 1/3 loaf thick whole wheat bread
- 3 fresh eggs
- 4 slices processed ham
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp condensed milk
- A pinch of dried parsley flakes
Special Sandwich Sauce- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 4 Tbsp honey mustard sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, take your thick whole wheat bread and slice about one-third of the loaf into thick pieces. These will form the base of your sandwich.
Step 2
Carefully make a cut into the bread slices, going about two-thirds of the way through. This creates a pocket to hold your delicious fillings. Be sure not to cut all the way through.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk 3 fresh eggs until smooth. Now, let’s prepare our special sandwich sauce: add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of ketchup to the beaten eggs. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined, creating a creamy and flavorful base.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the prepared bread slices into the pan and toast them evenly on both sides until golden brown and fragrant. Keep an eye on the heat to prevent burning.
