We’ve also prepared a hearty doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) with wild garlic. The delightful combination of the savory doenjang jjigae mixed into the bibimbap is truly special. Step 2
Each of these seasoned vegetable salads boasts its own unique charm. The bellflower root salad is seasoned with a sweet and spicy gochujang mixture, the chwinamul is enhanced with savory fish sauce, the boksoondangi vegetables are flavored with rich soybean paste, and the chamnamul is seasoned simply with salt, allowing the distinct taste of each vegetable to shine through.
Step 3
Prepare a warm bowl of rice and place it in your bibimbap bowl. Next, add your desired amount of gochujang sauce, which forms the flavor base of the bibimbap. It’s best to start with a smaller amount and adjust to your taste, rather than adding too much at once.
Step 4
Now, artfully arrange the colorful pre-made spring vegetable salads on top of the rice. The vibrant medley of vegetables not only adds flavor but also visual appeal. Finish by generously sprinkling toasted sesame seeds over the top for a nutty aroma and added crunch. (We haven’t added extra sesame oil here, as each vegetable salad already contains sufficient sesame oil, contributing to a richer overall flavor.)
