Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the core ingredients for the ABC juice according to the golden ratio. You’ll need 3 apples, 3 carrots, and 1 cooked beet. Using a cooked beet adds a smooth sweetness without any earthy flavor. The approximate ratio is 3 parts apple, 3 parts carrot, and 1 part beet. (Note: If your beet is small, use one; if it’s large, use about half.)

It’s crucial to wash your fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Soaking them in running water for about 10 minutes is an effective way to remove pesticides and impurities. If you’re short on time, you can also use a fruit wash or baking soda for a quicker clean.
