Ingredients for Versatile Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Plum Extract (or syrup)
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup (or Oligodang)
  • 3 Tbsp Sake (or Mirin)
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, measure and add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Oyster sauce is the secret to adding umami depth.
