For lunch today, I decided to create a unique pizza by combining the freshness of arugula with the delightful flavor of chutney. The thin crust of the ‘our-wheat’ tortilla bakes up wonderfully crisp and savory. The plump shrimp offer a delicate taste, while the aromatic arugula and the exotic chutney elevate the overall flavor profile. This pizza was rated ★★★★ by my family – they declared it the most unique and delicious pizza we’ve ever baked, prompting us to make three more!   • 5-6 cooked and peeled shrimp (cocktail shrimp or similar)
  • 3 Tbsp eggplant tomato chutney

Prepare your fresh arugula and the sweet and tangy eggplant tomato chutney. Chutney is typically a cooked condiment made from fruits and vegetables, enjoyed in regions like Indonesia and Europe. I thought it would be interesting to try using chutney on pizza for a unique twist.
