Tofu Spam Sandwich: A Deliciously Simple Treat

Ingredients- 1 block firm tofu (approx. 300g)
- 1 can Spam (approx. 200g)
- 2 eggs
- Pancake mix or flour, as needed
- Salt, to taste
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, gather your ingredients: 1 block of tofu, 1 can of Spam, 2 eggs, and some pancake mix. A pinch of salt will also be needed.

Crack the 2 eggs into a wide bowl.

Add a small pinch of salt to season the eggs. Be careful not to add too much.

Whisk the salted eggs thoroughly with a fork or whisk until smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no lumps.

Gently pat the tofu dry with paper towels. Then, cut both the tofu and the Spam into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 cm thick. Spam can be removed from the can and sliced similarly.

In a separate dish, place a suitable amount of pancake mix (or flour) for coating.

Now it’s time to assemble the sandwiches. Take one slice of the cut tofu.
