Main Ingredients- 200g buckwheat noodles
- 1 sheet roasted seaweed (gim)
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp chopped scallions

- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 6 Tbsp fragrant perilla oil

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Bring 1 liter of water to a rolling boil in a pot over high heat.

Once the water is boiling, add 200g of buckwheat noodles.

Gently stir the noodles with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking together, and cook for about 6 minutes. (Cooking times can vary by brand, so it’s best to check the package instructions.)
