  • 1 large bowl of well-fermented kimchi (approx. 2 cups), chopped

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare 200g of thinly sliced pork belly. This cut cooks quickly and offers a wonderfully tender texture.

Chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Using well-fermented kimchi will add a deeper, more complex flavor. Feel free to adjust the amount of kimchi to your liking.

For a cleaner cooking process, place the thinly sliced pork belly in a microwave-safe bag and microwave for about 5 minutes until partially cooked. (Alternatively, if you prefer a crispier texture or don’t mind a little splatter, you can skip this step and cook it directly in the pan.)
