  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp corn syrup (or rice syrup)
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp mirin (or cooking wine)
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
