First, thoroughly wash the red potatoes with their skins on. Then, use a peeler to remove any bumps or uneven parts of the skin. Immediately place the potatoes in cold water to rinse off any excess starch. This step helps ensure your boiled potatoes are clean and well-prepared.

To achieve perfectly boiled red potatoes, we recommend using a well-coated wok or a deep-sided pan and a glass lid. This method prevents the potatoes from sticking to the pan and ensures they cook evenly, making the whole process much easier.

Now, arrange the prepared red potatoes attractively in your coated wok or pan. Pour in 500ml of fresh water. To enhance the natural sweetness of the potatoes, add 1 tablespoon of stevia.
