  • 220ml Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt (approx. 1g)

First, gently wash the king oyster mushrooms. Trim off the tough bottom part of the stems. Separate the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces by hand; this helps maintain their pleasant chewy texture. Finely julienne the onion and carrot. Chop the green parts of the green onion thinly for color and a mild onion flavor.

Now, let’s prepare the batter for our delicious mushroom pancakes. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix and all-purpose flour, mixing well to remove any lumps.
