Cooking Instructions
Step 1
For delicious steak bites, cut the beef into bite-sized cubes, about 2-3 cm. It’s best to take the steak out of the refrigerator about an hour before cooking to let it reach room temperature, which will make it more tender.

Step 2
Season the cubed beef evenly with salt and pepper. If you want to add a gourmet touch, feel free to use herbed salt.

Step 3
Chop the vegetables into pieces similar in size to the beef. Thinly slice the garlic, and roughly chop the onion and bell pepper.

Step 4
Now, let’s prepare the fantastic special sauce that will elevate your steak bites! Simply mix all the sauce ingredients together until well combined. It’s that easy!

Step 5
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant, creating a delicious garlic-infused oil. Be careful not to burn the garlic; cook it until it’s lightly golden.

Step 6
Once the garlic is fragrant, add the chopped onion and bell pepper and stir-fry them together. Since we’ll be cooking the beef quickly over high heat, sauté the vegetables until they are about half-cooked, not too soft.

Step 7
When the vegetables are slightly softened, add the seasoned beef to the pan and cook over high heat, stirring quickly. Sear the beef until the exterior is nicely browned.

Step 8
Once the red color of the beef has disappeared and it’s cooked through, pour in the prepared special sauce. Stir-fry everything rapidly to ensure the sauce coats all the ingredients well. Remember, overcooking beef makes it tough, so after adding the sauce, cook for only about 1-2 minutes!

Step 9
Keep the heat on high and quickly toss everything together until the sauce is evenly distributed and coats the ingredients beautifully. This is how you achieve delicious steak bites! Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
