Pizza Ingredients- 2 Whole wheat tortillas (approx. 20cm diameter)
- 20g Jamon (or sandwich ham)
- 100g Cherry tomatoes (about 7-8)
- 3 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 5 Black olives
- 2 Tbsp Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 Slices Cheddar cheese
- A pinch of Parmesan cheese powder
- 0.5 Tbsp Butter

- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Step 1
Gather all the ingredients needed to make this delicious whole wheat tortilla salad pizza. We’ve prepared fresh vegetables and flavorful components for you.

Let’s start by making the delicious pizza sauce! In a bowl, combine 1 Tbsp yuzu marmalade, 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, and 0.5 Tbsp whole grain mustard. Stir gently with a spoon until well combined. You’ll have a wonderfully tangy and slightly zesty sauce.

Finely chop the Jamon and set aside some pieces rolled into decorative swirls for topping. If you don’t have Jamon, thinly sliced sandwich ham is an excellent substitute.
