  • About 5 medium shrimp (approx. 45g), peeled, deveined, and finely minced
  • Zucchini 60g, cut into long, thin strips
  • Onion 20g, cut into long, thin strips
  • Water 30ml
  • 0.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Before you begin, please check and prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut the zucchini and onion into long, thin strips that are easy for your baby to eat.

Step 2

Prepare about 45g of fresh shrimp (approximately 5 medium shrimp). Make sure to remove the shells and the dark digestive tract. Then, finely mince the shrimp so it’s easy for your baby to chew. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them before use.

Step 3

Let’s start stir-frying! Add 30ml of water to a heated frying pan. Adding water first helps to cook the vegetables gently without burning, ensuring a softer texture for your baby.

Step 4

Immediately add the julienned onion and zucchini to the pan with the water and stir-fry. Cooking over medium heat on your stovetop will ensure even cooking without scorching. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables become slightly translucent.

Step 5

Once the onion and zucchini are slightly softened, add the minced shrimp and stir-fry everything together until well combined. Continue to cook until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.

Step 6

Keep stir-frying until the shrimp are completely cooked and most of the water has evaporated from the pan. Finally, drizzle in 0.5 Tbsp of sesame oil for a nutty aroma and stir briefly. Your delicious zucchini and shrimp stir-fry is ready! Let it cool slightly before serving to your baby.
