Blackberry Pizza Ingredients (for 2 Tortillas)- 1 cup fresh blackberries (approx. 150g)
- 2 tortillas
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese (approx. 150g)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (approx. 100g)
- Parsley flakes, for garnish
Easy Blackberry Ade- 3-4 Tbsp blackberry syrup or concentrate
- 1 bottle (300ml) sparkling water
Creamy & Healthy Blackberry Smoothie- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries (approx. 75g)
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries (approx. 75g)
- 1 cup milk (200ml)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (100g)
- 1-2 Tbsp blackberry syrup or concentrate (adjust to taste)
- 3-4 Tbsp blackberry syrup or concentrate
- 1 bottle (300ml) sparkling water

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Blackberry Pizza Base: Wash and pat dry 1 cup of fresh blackberries. Lightly mash them. In a blender, combine the mashed blackberries with cream cheese and blend until smooth to create a creamy spread. Evenly spread this blackberry cream cheese mixture over the two tortillas.
Step 2
Add the Toppings: Place a second tortilla on top of the spread on the first one. Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top tortilla, followed by arranging the remaining fresh blackberries artistically. The combination of tangy berries and melted cheese is delightful.
