Ingredients

  • 1/4 block firm tofu (approx. 100g)
  • 1 cup milk (200ml)
  • 10 frozen blueberries (or 1/2 cup fresh blueberries)
  • 1 banana (medium-sized)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or agave syrup, corn syrup)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare all the ingredients for the recipe. If you don’t have blueberries, feel free to use other seasonal fruits like strawberries or any other frozen berries you have on hand. We’ll be using about 100g of tofu, which is approximately 1/4 of a block.

Step 1

Step 2

After draining the tofu, microwave it for 1 minute. This step gently warms the tofu, making it easier to blend and resulting in a smoother shake texture.

Step 2

Step 3

Once the tofu is slightly warm, cut it into bite-sized cubes. This makes it easier for the blender to process, ensuring a silky-smooth consistency in your shake.

Step 3

Step 4

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds, about 1-2 cm thick. The banana will add a natural sweetness and a creamy texture to your shake.

Step 4

Step 5

Pour the milk into the blender jar first. Adding the liquid base at the bottom helps the other ingredients blend more smoothly and efficiently. Then, add the cubed tofu, sliced banana, and blueberries to the blender.

Step 5

Step 6

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of honey to sweeten the shake. If you don’t have honey, agave syrup or corn syrup are good alternatives. For a healthier option, consider natural sweeteners.

Step 6

Step 7

Secure the lid on the blender and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until completely smooth. The beautiful purple color is a feast for the eyes! Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately!
