- Homemade Sweet Red Bean Paste: 3 Tbsp
- Mixed Fruits (canned): 3 Tbsp
- Toasted Soybean Powder (Injeolmi powder): 5 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Let’s prepare all the ingredients for your delicious homemade bingsu! Using homemade red bean paste will give your dessert a much richer flavor.
Step 2
In a blender, combine 3 cups of ice and 100ml of cold milk. Blend until finely shaved. Be careful not to over-blend, as it can melt too quickly. Aim for a fluffy, icy texture.
Step 3
Transfer the finely shaved ice and milk mixture into a wide bingsu bowl or a chilled serving bowl. Pile it high like snow for an even more appealing presentation.
Step 4
Artfully arrange the sweet and tangy mixed fruits on top of the shaved ice. The vibrant colors of the fruits will make your bingsu look even more festive.
Step 5
Now, generously spoon the star of the bingsu, the sweet red bean paste, over the fruits. If you made your own red bean paste, its homemade charm will shine through!
Step 6
Sprinkle the nutty toasted soybean powder (injeolmi powder) over the red bean paste. The savory aroma of the soybean powder creates a wonderful harmony with the sweet red beans.
Step 7
Finally, garnish your bingsu with a few pieces of chilled, sweet watermelon. For an extra touch of sweetness, you can drizzle a little honey or corn syrup over the top, according to your preference. Your delicious homemade red bean bingsu is now complete! Enjoy this refreshing treat.
