Years ago, having an espresso machine at home was quite uncommon. However, the revolutionary introduction of capsule coffee machines has diversified the way modern people enjoy coffee. Personally, I’m very happy with my capsule machine and use it often. Today, I’m excited to share a delicious Cafe Mocha recipe using Nespresso capsules, a treat you can now enjoy right in your own home!   • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 250ml Chocolate Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 100g Whipping Cream

First, brew a double shot of coffee using your Nespresso capsule. If you don’t have a Nespresso machine, no worries! Many instant coffee products nowadays can create a rich shot-like flavor. You can use two servings of an espresso product that yields a concentrated shot (about 80ml total) to prepare your strong coffee base.

Next, drizzle about 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup evenly around the inside of your serving glass. This step not only enhances the flavor but also adds a beautiful visual appeal to your mocha.

Now, fill your glass about halfway with ice cubes. This recipe yields approximately 450ml, so using a 500ml pint glass will prevent any overflow and ensure a perfect pour.
