Its taste, reminiscent of the figs from childhood and blended with the refreshing tang of yogurt, will be loved by everyone, young and old. This is a healthy and delicious snack that’s easy to make without special equipment, perfect for enjoying with your family.
Ingredients- 4 ripe figs (small size)
- 3 plain yogurts (85g each)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 4 ripe figs, even if they are smaller than store-bought ones. They might be small, but they can perfectly capture the sweet flavor of figs.
Step 2
Wash the figs thoroughly under running water, pat them dry, then trim off the stems. Cut them lengthwise in half.
Step 3
Carefully place the halved figs into a silicone mold, cut-side down. Arrange them neatly to ensure a beautiful finished shape.
Step 4
Prepare three 85g containers of plain yogurt. Pour the yogurt evenly over the figs in the mold, filling any gaps. The yogurt’s smoothness will envelop the figs.
Step 5
Gently tap the mold on a flat surface to spread the yogurt evenly. Then, place it in the freezer and let it freeze completely until solid.
Step 6
Carefully remove the frozen fig yogurt bark ice cream from the mold. You should have a firm, icy treat.
Step 7
Enjoy the fig yogurt bark as is in its heart shape, or cut it in half for easier, bite-sized pieces. Enjoy this cool and delicious treat!
