Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly wash the apple. Then, slice it into approximately 1 to 2 cm thick rounds. Use a small knife or cookie cutter to carefully remove the core from the center of each slice, creating a donut shape. This step ensures the batter adheres well and makes them easy to eat.

Now, let’s make the batter! In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup of tempura flour (or all-purpose flour) and 1/4 cup of cold water. Whisk with chopsticks or a whisk until smooth, with no lumps.
