Main Ingredients
  • 600g Smoked Duck
  • 3 Onions (medium-sized)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, thoroughly wash and peel the 3 onions. Then, slice them thinly into strips suitable for stir-frying. Prepare 1 tsp of minced garlic as well.

Step 2

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, and stir-fry until the onions become translucent and fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Step 3

Once the onions have softened, add the 600g of smoked duck to the pan. Since smoked duck is already cooked, you can add a little oil or omit it, and stir-fry it with the onions. The duck’s own fat is often enough to cook it deliciously.

Step 4

When the smoked duck starts to turn golden brown on the edges, sprinkle 1 tsp of black pepper evenly over it. The pungent aroma of black pepper will further enhance the duck’s flavor.
