First, prepare all the ingredients to make a delicious Yakisoba. Lightly pat the pork belly dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Thinly slice the scallions, focusing on the white parts, to about 0.5cm thickness. If your store-bought yakisoba noodles and sauce have specific cooking instructions, it’s a good idea to check the packaging for best results.
