  • 3 Eggs
  • A small bunch of green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce (or salt, to taste)
  • 180ml Water

First, crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Wash and finely chop the green onions, then add them to the bowl with the eggs. The green onions add a beautiful color and a delightful aroma to the steamed egg.

Now, let’s add the seasonings that will make this dish delicious. Pour in 3 tablespoons of milk to make the steamed egg extra tender. Add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce for a rich umami flavor. If you don’t have fish sauce, you can substitute it with soy sauce or salt, but fish sauce offers a unique depth of flavor. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
