Ingredients- 2 slices of bread
- 6 Tbsp canned corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Plenty of shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the drained canned corn (6 Tbsp), sugar (1 Tbsp), and mayonnaise (2 Tbsp). Mix well until everything is evenly distributed. You can adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking. The sugar helps to enhance the natural sweetness of the corn.
Step 2
Spread the corn mixture generously over the bread slices, covering them in two layers if needed. Make sure to spread it close to the edges for maximum flavor in every bite. Gently press down the corn mixture to help it adhere to the bread and prevent it from falling off.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 170°C (340°F). Place the prepared toast in the air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the bread edges are crispy.
