  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 bunch of green onion (white parts primarily)
  • 1/4 fresh onion

Slice the cucumber thinly, then squeeze out as much water as possible with your hands. This step is crucial to prevent the cucumber from becoming soggy and to maintain its crisp texture. Place the squeezed cucumber into a mixing bowl.

Prepare the vegetables: thinly slice the 1/4 onion. Wash the green onion and chop it into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 cm long, focusing on the white parts.
