- 1 Egg
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 Onion (or to taste)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a preheated pan over medium heat. Be careful not to burn the butter, and coat the entire pan.

Once the butter is melted, place the tortilla in the pan and cook over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides. It will be even more delicious if the edges are slightly crispy.

Gently push the cooked tortilla to one side of the pan. Crack 1 egg into the same pan and cook it. Cook the egg white through, leaving the yolk runny (like a sunny-side-up), or cook it completely according to your preference. If breaking the yolk, gently pierce it.

Thinly slice 1/4 onion. The sweetness and crispiness of the onion will add a richer flavor.

Nicely arrange the thinly sliced onions on top of the cooked egg.

Place 1 slice of cheddar cheese over the onions. The melting cheese will help bind all the ingredients together naturally.
